How can commitment and consistency help us
sell more carpet to our customers?

If it is possible to get only one commitment from you, it is very likely that you are going follow through with this commitment and will then take the natural steps. If you don’t follow through on this first commitment, you would be considered “inconsistent” – an undesirable  character trait.

When we meet a person who does not follow their words with action, we seen this person as indecisive, confused or a liar. On the other side, if you are very consistent, other people see you as rational, honest and trustworthy.
